our most comprehensive session available. this offering aims to support you with muscle and injury recovery, muscle dysfunction, nervous system regulation, chronic inflammation, and chronic pain. integrative bodywork treatments may include soft tissue work, soft tissue tools, neuromuscular therapy, muscle energy technique, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial decompression, soft-stretch release, resistance bands, and red and near infrared light therapy.
